My study

For people already enrolled in a study: visits, instructions, documents, and who to call.

Demonstration only. This is a sample participant view for a fictional study. No one is enrolled, no appointments are real, and no reminders are sent.

Sample participant · ACM-DEMO-02

Community-based diabetes care observation

Current status: Enrolled — Visit 2 completed (sample status)

Status wording in a live study is set by the research team from the study record. It is not something a participant edits.

Upcoming visits

  • Tue, Oct 6 · 5:30 PM

    Visit 3 — check-in and questionnaires

    Mobile, AL (sample site)

  • Tue, Oct 27 · 9:00 AM

    Visit 4 — study assessments

    Mobile, AL (sample site)

Need to move a visit? In a live study you would call your coordinator rather than rescheduling in the app.

Study instructions (sample)

  • Bring your current medication list to each visit.
  • Visit 4 asks you not to eat for 8 hours beforehand.
  • Keep taking medications prescribed by your own doctor unless the research team tells you otherwise.

Instructions only ever come from approved, study-specific materials — never generated automatically.

Reminders

Reminders are optional and limited to what you agreed to receive. They would never include your diagnosis, study medication, or test results in a text message or voicemail.

Toggles are inactive in this prototype.
