For Physicians & Community Partners

Your Practice. Your Physicians. Your Community. Our Research Infrastructure.

A proposed partnership model that brings research opportunities to the places patients already trust — without changing who their doctor is.

How the partnership is designed to work

The practice contributes

Relationships, facility, clinical oversight

  • Established, trusted relationships with patients in the community
  • An authorized clinical facility appropriate for the study's procedures
  • Appropriate clinical oversight, including a qualified investigator where applicable
  • Local knowledge of what is realistic for the patients you serve

ACM contributes

Research infrastructure

  • Sponsor and CRO engagement, feasibility, and budget/contract coordination
  • Study startup, regulatory support, and submission preparation
  • Research coordination and visit conduct support
  • Recruitment operations and community outreach
  • Quality oversight, deviation tracking, monitoring readiness, and closeout

What a partnership does not do

  • It does not change your patient's treating physician, and it does not make a treating physician an investigator automatically. Investigator responsibilities are accepted deliberately, in writing, with study-specific training and delegation.
  • It does not give ACM access to your electronic health record, patient lists, or charts. Nothing involving identifiable patient information happens without the necessary agreements, authorizations, approved procedures, and secure systems in place.
  • It does not make research a condition of anyone's care. Patients decide, and their care continues either way.

Pathways to get started

Step 1

Express interest

Send the short form below. No patient information, no commitment.

Step 2

Learn about opportunities

We share the kinds of studies that could fit your patient population, what the visit load looks like, and what your practice would and would not be responsible for.

Step 3

Introductory discussion

A conversation with ACM leadership about feasibility, oversight, staffing, space, and whether a partnership makes sense at all.
